At TapMeTag, each product is crafted with care — and often made to order. Here’s what you need to know about returns, production times, and complaints:

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Please ensure all order details are correct before checkout. Need help? Our team is happy to guide you before you order.

⏱️ Production & Shipping Times

The time it takes to make and deliver your order depends on the item and customization level:

  • ✅ In-stock products ship out the next business day.

  • 🧷 Keychains:

    • Standard models: ready to ship immediately.

    • Custom models: production takes 8–14 days + delivery 8–10 days.

  • 🪧 Signs & Stands: production takes 8–24 days, depending on complexity.

✈️ Need it faster? Choose express delivery at checkout to reduce shipping time.

⚠️ Complaints & Issues

All complaints or reports of errors must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept complaints.
